I had the pleasure of working with Trevor Gordon for two projects. An Electronic Press Kit is an excellent way for an Artist to showcase their talents, discuss their background, and talk about any future projects or tours. Working with a dedicated artist like Trevor gave me lots of material to shoot. Filmed over two days, he and his band mate, Will Howard, were busy laying down tracks for the new album and planning a Canadian and European tour.

The purpose of this EPK is to be a vital tool for booking gigs across Canada. Trevor will send this professionally produced video to music venues, bars, and lounges, and will work as a tour agent. Because this video showcases the duo’s high talent and dedication, club owners and promoters can instantly see their profitability of booking them.

I feel that an EPK will increase a bands chances of getting gigs, without spending hours tirelessly on the phone trying to convince people you’re worth to book.

Trevor Gordon “Running Free”

I have just finished up editing the music video we shot for Trevor Gordon called ‘Running Free’. We had the opportunity to shoot it at the Great Hall on Queen West. The colours turned out amazing and we are really proud of the final product. Trevor is a new emerging artist from Manitoba who is incredibly talented. He moved to Toronto to pursue a career in music and does all his own recordings. The final version of this song is great and can be found on his newest album to come out summer 2012.
